I liked San Miguel de Allende. the hotel was quaint and a nice little walk to the centro. the room was impeccably clean and provided us with a comfortable bed, basic ventilation, and sweet windows. the staff was amicable, attentive, and around most of the time.

The room had two comfortable beds and the bathroom was clean. The location was convenient, I could easily walk to restaurants and shops. They provided daily cleaning service.
The room had poor sound insulation so it was difficult to sleep with noise from the street. the WiFi was spotty and slow, making it difficult for me to work.

I loved the location of Hotel Santa Ana, just two blocks away from downtown. We were able to easily explore the city and enjoy all the attractions nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the girls at the front desk. They went above and beyond to assist us with finding a safe place to park our motorcycles. The hotel also offered a great value for money, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Santa Ana for a great experience in San Miguel de Allende.

the location was excellent, only a few minutes' walk from great restaurants and bars and a short walk to the centro. the room was spotlessly clean and had a large bathroom with working WiFi. the receptionist was very helpful and gave us useful advice on local attractions. We enjoyed the great food and the friendly service in the small kitchen.
The hot water in the shower was inconsistent and difficult to regulate.

This hotel in Mexico impressed me with its excellent value for money. The rates were much more reasonable compared to other options in the area. Additionally, the staff provided great attention to detail, ensuring that the rooms were spotlessly clean and equipped with comfortable beds. The location was also perfect, just a short walk away from the downtown area. We loved how everything was easily accessible, including a nearby bar and bistro where we enjoyed our meals. this hotel offers a great combination of affordability, convenience, and comfort.
No improvements needed, everything was great.
